- Consultation fees must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment.
- After consultation, medicine and shipping charges must be paid in advance for dispatch of medicines.
- From the second month onward, no additional consultation fees apply; only medicine and shipping charges are payable.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Medicine charges are non-refundable once the medicines have been dispatched.
- Courier services are selected based on availability, coverage, and delivery timelines.
- In exceptional or force majeure situations such as natural disasters, pandemics, disease outbreaks, civil disturbances, or similar events, courier services may be disrupted. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to dispatch medicines through available channels; however, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. Patients are requested to cooperate in such situations.
- Homeopathic medicines are generally not prescribed through written prescriptions. This is to prevent prolonged unsupervised use or self-medication in future instances. In homeopathy, the same condition may require different remedies at different stages, and a single remedy may be used for multiple conditions depending on the root cause. To avoid confusion and misuse, required medicines and quantities are directly dispensed and shipped instead of issuing prescriptions.
- Emergency prescriptions may be provided only when medicine delivery is not feasible. This remains solely at the discretion of WeCareHomeopaths and its doctors.
